With the co-owner and winemaker Oscar Farinetti Daniilo Drokko begins a new stage in the development of the company. The main objective was to create Danilo Drokko wines which fully reflect the terroir of Serralunga d'Alba, as well as combine the best traditions of the Langhe region and the most modern winemaking techniques. The result of his work becomes a line of six gorgeous, original and high-quality wines "Mirafiore", while complex, elegant and memorable. These wines express the two basic concepts of operations management: eco-compatibility and the "green philosophy". This is primarily the cultivation of vines without the use of chemical fertilizers to produce ecologically pure grapes. In addition, the winery is sharply reduced use of sulphites, even compared with the permissible burrows, and preference is given to natural yeast, not artificial. Finally, containers for wine consists of 85% recycled glass and labels made using natural dyes. All of this - the external positive changes, and internal filling, ie the wine itself, remains the same - the original and surprisingly delicious wine of the old Piedmont.
