The wine is pale straw color with greenish patches of light.
The taste of wine is well balanced, intense and fresh, revealing notes of fruit, light floral strokes and mineral nuances.
The wine has an intense, fruity aroma, supplemented by accents of fresh grass, white flowers and subtle halftones of minerals.
The ideal complement for this wine will be dishes of white meat, poultry, fish and seafood.
To create the wine " Lua Cheia" Em Vinhas Velhas, Branco, Douro DOC white grape varieties are grown in the Douro region. The harvest is collected from old vines, the berries are subjected to destabilization and grinding. Next, 12 hours of maceration and aging on natural sediment for 48 hours. Part of the wine (2/3) is kept in small stainless steel tanks, and the remaining third in oak barrels.
White dry "Lua Sheya" Em Vinyas Velia is recommended to be served with dishes of white meat, fish and seafood.
