The wine is rich dark ruby color with purple reflections.
Taste wine dense and full-bodied with soft tannins and enveloping notes of cherries, licorice, chocolate. The finish is very long.
It has a pronounced bouquet of red fruits and berries, cherry jam, with hints of mint and eucalyptus.
Serve with red meat, smoked meat and grilled cheese.
La Celestiere, Chateauneuf-Du-Pape Tradition - the famous French dry red wine. Made from the grape varieties Grenache, Mourvedre, Senso, cultivated in the region of Rhône Valley, Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
