It is made of grapes of the Portuguese varieties - Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, collected and purified from the ridges by hand. Vinification takes place with constant stirring juice and caps, to achieve maximum impact flavor substances. At the end of fermentation, grape brandy is added, then the next port is moved into oak barrels for aging.
