Speyside region has always been considered the center of whiskey production in Scotland. On its small territory today there are more than 70 distilleries. Glen Grant distillery dates back to 1840. It was opened by brothers Grant in the small town Roth. It was a very good place - all the ingredients for the production was almost at hand: Space and the river, and the plains of barley, and port Garmut. The brothers began to produce malt whiskey nekupazhirovanny, which was immediately appreciated and valued until now. A distinctive feature of the plant Glen Grant are barrels that are carefully selected and used only a limited number of times. Oak barrels of sherry, which matures whiskey, give it a unique color and fruity, but intense fresh taste.
