Girlan, Pinot Bianco - exquisite wine with a soft, deep taste, piquant sourness and a delicate aroma. Grapes of Pino Bianco, from which wine is produced, grow on the hills of Corniano at an altitude of 450 to 500 meters above sea level. The soil of the vineyard is rich in minerals, which improves the quality of berries. Harvest is collected manually, then carefully placed in small containers to avoid deformation and sent to the winery. The production is carried out according to the traditional recipe, which implies fermentation and further short exposure to sediment in stainless steel vats.
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 450-550 meters above sea level, the soil composition varies depending on the degree of exposure, so the grapes ripen in excellent conditions. Gerhard Kofler, famous oenologist, works closely with winemakers Dzhirlan, he gives practical advice on the cultivation of vines, creating the basis for high quality wines.
