Laminated red wine "Fire" is made from grapes grown in the countryside Siurgus Donigala, situated at an altitude of 220 meters above sea level. Soils are saturated and mixed, consisting of limestone, clay, medium texture with a tendency to looseness, small and medium-sized pebbles. The Mediterranean climate is characterized by mild winters, limited rainfall, heat and wind. The grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning. Maceration occurs at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C for 10-12 days. For fermentation, the wine is placed in a ceramic vats. Matures "Costera" in small oak casks for 8-10 months, after which the wine is bottled for a short time prior to sale.
