Chateau d'Haurets located approximately 32 km south-east of Bordeaux, in the town of Lado. The castle was built in the XVII century. Chateau owns 25 hectares of vineyards, of which 13 hectares are given under the red, and 12 - for white grape varieties. The average age of the vines is 25 years. The success of the wine depends on the climatic conditions of the region in which the grapes are grown, and Bordeaux are almost ideal. The proximity of the Atlantic Ocean and the presence of many rivers allow to soften the harsh climatic extremes. This ensures that in the summer, daytime temperatures hover around 25 ° C and rarely rises above 30 ° C. In winter, there are also stable weather conditions, and only occasionally the thermometer drops below zero. Thus, a long and relatively warm summers and mild winters is the best suited for growing late-ripening grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. These varieties are widely used and highly valued by local winemakers for endurance, good yields and excellent flavor.
For the manufacture of a charming red wine Château d'Ore used only the best grapes, carefully assembled by hand in September. Grapes crushed and soaked with skin for 24 hours. Fermentation temperature 16-18 ° C and aging the wine is made in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which allows to preserve the delightful aromas and flavors of the grapes intact. Such technology allows, without resorting to the slow shutter speed to obtain a fine wine, rich in fresh fruit aromas and separate vinification three grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot - gives "Chateau d'Ore" complex, sophisticated, rich taste.
