Gorgeous grappa "Torba Nera" 7-year exposure is made in limited quantities, only 4,500 bottles were produced. Grappa was obtained by traditional distillation of pressed grape skins of grapes of red (Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Nero) and white (Prosecco) varieties, carefully selected immediately after their arrival at the winery with the quality and freshness of varietal aromas. The founder of the winery, Roberto Kastanerom, developed a unique scheme of the aging process on the author's technology. He is the only one in Italy uses the technique of cold-smoked. Name of grappa from Italian translates as "black peat", which reflects the idea of smoky, smoked flavors that make this grappa is different from the rest. Grappa seven years of exposure, "Torba Nera" - is a distillate for meditation.
