Reviews of purchase Bodegas Ramon Bilbao, Crianza, Rioja DOC, 2013
Wine of intense ruby color with cherry highlights.
The wine has a fresh, harmonious taste with individual character, good acidity, pronounced varietal and spicy undertones. The finish is long and pleasant.
The aroma of wine is characterized by notes of hardwood, coconut, pepper, balsamic nuances, subtle shades of liquor and balsamic notes on a background of light compote of ripe black fruit.
Wine is served with cold dishes, soft cheeses, various meat dishes, and even blue fish.

Berries for this wine were harvested from vineyards in Haro - in areas Armentari, Los Hoyos, La Canada, ego-Pago and Arenales in the second week of October. After the fermentation process, which takes place under carefully controlled temperatures, the wine is aged for 14 months in American oak barrels, and after a further 8 months in bottles in the cellar of Ramon Bilbao.
