Beer hazy yellow-golden color with orange reflections.

"Bastogne Pale Ale" - the youngest among ales Brasserie de Bastogne, but already managed to win the title of "Best El Wallonia" in the competition "Best Belgian Beers, 2012". El refers to a variety BPA (Belgian Pale Ale) and is a harmonious synthesis of traditional Belgian beer and India Pale Ale (IPA).
Brasserie de Bastogne - small brewery, located in the village of Belle-Eau Sibre near the town in the commune of Vaux-sur-sur. The brewery was founded in 2008 by two partners - Minne Philip and Philip Mёriss. Philippe Minne - mechanical engineer, the son and grandson of famous brewers. His partner - Philip Mёriss - owner of the farm, which is now produced beer. Its brewing attracted practical problem: "a bottle of beer costs more than a bottle of milk, and I'm glad diversification."
Today the brewery produces de Bastogne famous throughout the world ales "Ladouze", "Bastogne Pale Ale" and a line of five unfiltered ale "La Trouffette". Interestingly, the line got its name by the name of people who actually lived sometime in Bastogne. Truffet today is a household name, part of the popular culture of Bastogne, and implies the proud, cunning inhabitants of the Ardennes, a little tricksters. The label beer line "La Truffet" shows yet another symbol of the region - the wild boar, which ride young Truffet.
